First Point Law Group has served individuals and families across Northern Virginia since 2004. From our office in Fairfax, our attorneys handle immigration, family law, criminal defense, traffic and DUI and civil litigation, including the difficult cases: removal defense and immigration court, prior denials, contested family matters and serious charges.

We build a personalized strategy around the details of each case and each client’s goals, and we take hard matters on directly: at the negotiating table, before immigration authorities and in court. Our attorneys have appeared before the Supreme Court of Virginia, the Court of Appeals of Virginia, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and circuit courts throughout the region.
